OUR EXPORTS
Export grade Sri Lankan tuna are long lined, gutted, gilled and chilled at sea. Key tuna products include whole fish, loins and steaks are a few. Sri Lankan tuna products are exported mainly fresh in open or vacuum packs. Sri Lankan seafood companies exported 17,461 Mt of seafood products, equivalent to 3.34% of Sri Lanka’s total marine and coastal fish landings and aquaculture production (520,190 Mt) in 2015.
OUR PROCESS
All our products are prepared according to the HACCP manual and steps, in the ISO 22000 certified fish processing factory. Our staff is well experienced in quality checking, cutting skinning, trimming and wrapping them to match the export process. We are one of the leading Sea Food processing and exporting company in Sri Lanka. We maintain the quality of our products. Our products are packed in Styrofoam boxes withe inner polyethylene sacks and we use adequate gel ice and dry ice ensuring the perfect temperature until it reach it’s final destination. Our process is in compliance with HACCP system together with supporting GMP and SSOP practices.
